Class is on Sundays from noon to 3 P.M. starting January 29th and continuing for 10 weeks. Spaces are limited and this class fills up very fast! $410.

Course Description

In this studio course, working mainly from live models, you will learn a step-by-step method for accurately and beautifully representing the human form. Through demonstration and one-on-one instruction you will go from a drawing composed of basic shapes to fully rendered piece of art.

Areas of focus will include: the proportions of the human body; points of reference on the body that aid with developing a drawing; drawing a body in motion, and foreshortening.

About the teacher

Charles is a master artist and illustrator with decades of experience. His works are collected all over the world and he has earned numerous prestigious contracts, awards and honours. For instance, he was selected to create portraits of famous NHL stars for several series of Canada Post commemorative stamps. He is also an amazing teacher with many years of experience.
