Course Description

Storyboards are an essential visual guide for motion pictures, television shows, commercials, stage productions, and video game cinematics. This practical workshop is designed to give artists the understanding and skills they need to quickly create dynamic and informative storyboards with or without a shot list. Learn the best methods, techniques and tricks of the trade and get one-on-one feedback from a master storyboard artist so that you can confidently work with every type of director, production and scene.

About the teacher

Geof became a legendary comic book artist and writer for Marvel and DC comics working on Spiderman, X-Men, Sliver Surfer, Conan, Thor, Suicide Squad and more. He now mainly works as a storyboard artist having completed over 45 major contracts for film, television, stage, and advertising including for Cirque du Soleil (Eurovision 2009), Confessions of a Dangerous Mind, the Fountain and Barney's Version. He is also a popular and experienced teacher.

This workshop will take place on Sunday January 15th from 1 to 6 P.M. Spaces are limited and this workshop is expected to fill up very fast! The cost is $87. Bring paper and pencils.
