Course Description
This course teaches all aspects of comic book storytelling. You will learn the art
of character development, dramatic story structure, snappy dialogue, plus easy-
This course is ideal for complete beginners as well as seasoned pros already working on their own comics. Students who have created their own stories, or are in the process of creating a comic are encouraged to bring their work to class for personal critique.
About the teacher
Kelly Tindall is a prolific comic book creator, writer, artist, and illustrator.
He is the writer and artist of Archie Snow, That’s So Kraven! and has worked on Green
Wake, Machine of Death and many more. As well as being a popular teacher at Syn Studio,
he has given lectures at Dawson College and at the Montreal Comic-
Class is on Thursdays from 6:30 to 9:30 P.M. starting February 2 and continuing for
10 weeks. The cost is $330 + materials. Spaces are limited and this class fills up
